In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Defined terms appear in bold on first use within each clause.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. References to any statute or regulation include all amendments, re-enactments, and subordinate legislation made under it. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To be eligible to use the nobu98 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times while your Account is active:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
3. You are accessing the Platform for your own personal, recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of nobu98 or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member or household member of any such person.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by nobu98 or by any recognized responsible gaming organization.
6. You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
7. You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international financial sanctions without prior written disclosure to and approval from nobu98's compliance team.

nobu98 reserves the right to carry out eligibility checks at any point during a Member's relationship with the Platform. Where a Member is found to no longer satisfy one or more eligibility conditions, nobu98 may suspend or permanently close the Account in accordance with Clause 3.6 below.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant to nobu98 that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information in connection with your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in forfeiture of any Wallet Balance.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one (1) nobu98 Account. Opening or attempting to open more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. nobu98 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and, at its sole discretion, to forfeit any Wallet Balance held across those Accounts.

3.2 Registration Information. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, active mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may constitute fraud.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials associated with your Account. nobu98 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify nobu98 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 Account Currency. All nobu98 Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits, withdrawals, wager amounts, and winnings are all expressed and settled in IDR. nobu98 does not charge currency conversion fees as the platform operates exclusively in IDR.

3.5 Minor Accounts. If nobu98 discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is held by a person under the age of 21, nobu98 will immediately suspend the Account, conduct a KYC review, and withhold all pending withdrawals pending investigation. If the Member is confirmed to be underage, the Account will be permanently closed, all deposits returned (net of any withdrawals already processed), and all winnings forfeited.

3.6 Account Suspension and Closure. nobu98 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close an Account if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) nobu98 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) nobu98 reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing activity; or (d) your Account has been dormant (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months. In the case of dormant Account closure, any remaining Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to your last verified payment method after applicable administration fees.

4.1 Verification Obligation. nobu98 is required to verify the identity and age of all Members as part of its commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and before cumulative deposits exceed the threshold specified in your Account dashboard.

4.2 Required Documents. To complete KYC verification, you must submit clear, unmodified copies of the following:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Indonesian Passport, or Indonesian Driving License (SIM). The document must be current and legible.
• Proof of Age: The above identity document also serves as proof of age, confirming you are at least 21 years old.

4.3 Processing Time. nobu98 aims to process KYC document submissions within 24–48 hours of receipt during business hours (WIB, Monday–Sunday). You will be notified by email and/or live chat once verification is complete or if additional information is required.

4.4 Consequences of Non-Compliance. If you fail to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period requested by nobu98, your Account may be restricted, withdrawal requests suspended, and — in cases of suspected fraud — the Account permanently closed with Wallet Balance withheld pending investigation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. nobu98 currently supports the following IDR-denominated deposit and withdrawal channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The full list of currently active payment methods and their individual minimum/maximum transaction limits is displayed within your Account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

5.2 Own-Name Requirement. All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. nobu98 does not accept third-party payments. Any deposit received from a payment account that does not match your KYC-verified name will be returned to the source account, and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits via OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within 10 seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga are typically credited within 15–30 minutes subject to interbank clearing schedules. nobu98 does not charge deposit fees on any currently supported payment channel.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian national holidays. Standard withdrawal processing time is 15–60 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and 30 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfer withdrawals, measured from the time nobu98 approves the withdrawal request. During periods of exceptionally high transaction volume, processing may take up to 6 hours. nobu98 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard withdrawal requests; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees.

5.5 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Clause 4) and you must have no outstanding wagering requirements attached to your current Wallet Balance. Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and previously used to deposit into your nobu98 Account, or to a new same-name account approved through the KYC process.

5.6 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are set per payment method and are displayed in your Account dashboard. nobu98 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.7 Failed or Disputed Transactions. If a deposit does not appear in your Wallet Balance within the expected processing time, please contact nobu98 support via live chat with your transaction reference number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation. nobu98 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 24 hours. Chargebacks or payment reversals initiated by a Member without prior nobu98 support engagement constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. nobu98 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral bonuses. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms displayed at the point of offer acceptance and to the general terms set out in this Clause 6. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x), eligible games, and expiry period are clearly stated in the individual bonus offer terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the offer terms; certain games may be excluded entirely.

6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the stated validity period will be automatically forfeited from your Wallet Balance without compensation. Real-money funds already in your Wallet Balance will not be affected by Bonus Fund expiry.

6.4 One Bonus Per Member. Promotional bonuses are limited to one active bonus per Account at any given time, unless the specific offer terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times, whether through the same or different Accounts, constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds.

6.5 Bonus Abuse. nobu98 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if nobu98 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has: (a) provided false information to qualify for a bonus; (b) opened multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus; (c) engaged in coordinated or systematic bonus abuse in collaboration with other Members; or (d) placed low-risk or hedged wagers designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.

6.6 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Winnings. Unless stated otherwise in specific offer terms, winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to a maximum cashout cap as specified in the individual bonus offer. Any winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed from your Wallet Balance upon withdrawal request.

6.7 nobu98 Promotional Discretion. nobu98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses and promotions are offered at nobu98's sole discretion and are subject to eligibility criteria that nobu98 may update from time to time.

7.1 Acceptance of Wagers. A wager is only accepted and binding once confirmed by the nobu98 system with a unique bet reference number. Confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in your Account's bet history. Wagers that are not confirmed due to system error, connectivity failure, or insufficient Wallet Balance are void and will not be settled.

7.2 Game Integrity. All casino games, slots, and live dealer games hosted on the nobu98 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by licensed studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

7.3 Sportsbook Rules. Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the specific sport, league, and market rules published in the nobu98 Sportsbook Rules section. In the event of event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or force majeure, affected single bets will be voided and the stake returned. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets with one or more void legs will be settled as a reduced accumulator on remaining valid legs.

7.4 Togel Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) bets placed on Hongkong Pools, Singapore Pools, and other draw-based markets are settled exclusively on the official draw results published by the respective draw authority. nobu98 does not modify, interpret, or restate draw results. In the event of a draw cancellation or postponement, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

7.5 Palpable Errors. nobu98 reserves the right to void any wager placed at odds or on terms that were clearly displayed in error (a "palpable error"), including but not limited to pricing errors, feed data errors, and system configuration errors. Winnings paid in error may be reclaimed from your Wallet Balance. nobu98 will not void bets retroactively except in cases of demonstrable palpable error or evidence of fraud.

7.6 Bet Dispute Resolution. If you believe a wager has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute with nobu98 support within 72 hours of settlement by providing your bet reference number and the basis for the dispute. nobu98 will review the dispute and issue a final decision within 5 business days. nobu98's decision on bet settlement disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory escalation pathway.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. nobu98 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold or forfeit any Wallet Balance associated with such conduct:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or payment information; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose related to the concealment, transfer, or conversion of proceeds of crime. nobu98 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Match Fixing and Insider Betting: Placing wagers with knowledge of pre-arranged or manipulated outcomes, or in connection with any scheme to fix sporting events or game outcomes.
• Bonus Abuse: Any conduct described in Clause 6.5, including multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses or systematic low-risk wagering to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any automated tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner without prior written authorization from nobu98.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players in poker, live casino, or any other multi-player game format.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment reversals or chargebacks through your bank or e-wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to your nobu98 Account.
• Technical Exploitation: Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any such gains are void and subject to recovery.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward nobu98 staff, support agents, or other Members through any communication channel.

nobu98 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where prohibited conduct constitutes a criminal offense, nobu98 will report the matter to the appropriate authorities and assist with any resulting investigation.

9.1 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. All Members have access to the following self-management tools directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in IDR. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.

• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you cannot log in, deposit, or wager. Cool-off periods activate immediately upon request and cannot be reversed early.

10.1 Ownership. 10.2 Limited License. nobu98 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal recreational betting and gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. 11.1 Platform Availability. nobu98 endeavors to maintain 99.9% Platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary Platform unavailability. nobu98 will not be liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime except where such downtime directly and demonstrably causes a financial loss to a Member in an active wager.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nobu98 excludes all liability for: indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages; loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings; and any damages arising from your reliance on the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational betting and gaming.

11.3 Cap on Direct Liability. nobu98's total aggregate liability to any individual Member in connection with any single incident or related series of incidents shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total net deposit amount credited to your Account in the 30 days preceding the incident; or (b) Rp 50.000.000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah).

11.4 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nobu98, its officers, employees, agents, and licensed partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, penalties, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your violation of any applicable law; (c) your fraudulent, abusive, or negligent conduct on the Platform.

11.5 Third-Party Game Providers. nobu98 acts as an aggregation and distribution platform for games supplied by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. nobu98 is not responsible for errors, outages, or technical failures originating within third-party game software, except where such failures result in a demonstrable incorrect settlement of a wager placed by a Member.

13.3 Acceptance of Amended Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. Any wagers placed or deposits made after the effective date of an amendment are governed by the amended terms.

14.1 Governing Law. 14.2 Player Responsibility. 14.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.6 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the nobu98 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms accepted by you, constitute the entire agreement between you and nobu98 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings (whether written or oral) relating to the same subject matter.
